How to Pack an Inflatable Product

1. Clean and Dry the Inflatable

Before packing, make sure the inflatable product is completely clean and dry. Remove dirt, water, and any small objects to prevent mold and damage during storage.

2. Deflate the Product Completely

Turn off the blower and open all air outlets. Allow the inflatable to fully deflate before folding.

3. Fold the Inflatable Properly

Fold the product carefully according to the folding instructions. Keep the surface smooth and avoid sharp folds to protect the PVC material.

4. Roll It Tightly

Start rolling from one end to the other to remove remaining air. A tight roll helps save storage space and makes transportation easier.

5. Secure with Straps

Use packing straps to keep the rolled inflatable firmly in place and prevent it from unfolding.

6. Pack Accessories Separately

Place the blower, repair kit, ropes, stakes, and other accessories into a separate bag to avoid scratching the inflatable.

7. Place into the Storage Bag

Put the rolled inflatable into a strong PVC storage bag. Make sure the package is sealed properly for safe shipping.
